Having worked on numerous homes, installed hundreds of pieces of equipment and worked with many great people over the years, Bullseye Home Inspections of IL is here to ensure a seamless and quality inspection.
We perform all inspections with a builder and installer mindset. We know what to look for whether it’s done correctly or not. After seeing and fixing many bad or blatantly wrong problems over the years, we have the knowledge to assist you with any questions you might have.

My name is Brian Nichols and I am the owner/lead inspector of Bullseye Home Inspections of IL. Here’s a little of my past work history/experience:
I am licensed and certified home inspector
I am a certified HVAC technician with 20+ years of experience
I have worked with Local 17, the Heat and Frost Insulators on commercial and industrial jobsites
I have also done work for residential and commercial duct and dryer vent cleaning companies
Over the years, I have worked with all the different building trades, either side by side or inspecting they're work. There is nothing that will surprise me on a jobsite or completed home. You have my word that I will inspect your place as if it was my own.
